The International Conference on Phthiraptera (parasitic lice) will be holding its 8 th quadrennial meeting on June 10 th -13 th , 2025, in Marseille, France. This meeting promises to deliver an exciting scientific program and will bring together clinicians, veterinary scientists, evolutionary biologists, and aims to advance the study of lice and louse-borne diseases in all aspects of theory, principles, methodology, and practice.

The 2025 local organizers Prof. Olivier Chosidow (La Pitié Salpêtrière Hospital, Paris, France), Dr. Bernard Davoust and Prof. Pierre-Edouard Fournier (Mediterranee Infection Institute, Marseille, France), as well as the program chairs Prof. Sarah E. Mumcuoglu (Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel), are currently organizing an exciting scientific program.
